Use AddTextToGif.net only with GIFs you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to edit. The tool does not grant rights to third-party images, video, characters, logos, or other protected material.

No Public Hosting

The site does not host or publish your output. You are responsible for how you use, share, or distribute any GIF you download.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the tool to infringe rights, harass people, impersonate others, evade platform rules, create illegal content, or distribute malware or deceptive material.

Service Limits

The editor is provided as a static browser tool. Large files may fail because of browser memory or CPU limits. The site is provided without a guarantee that every GIF will decode, render, or export perfectly.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
